Gentrification is a term that a lot of people know, but that many do not fully understand because it has been oversimplified as neighborhood revitalization. In this video, an urban planning scholar, Stacey Sutton, discusses the true costs of gentrification in New York City, but that can be applied to many cities across the United States.
